TUITION ::

Tuition is paid on a monthly basis for 10 months, September through June, and covers 35 private
lessons and all group classes from September through August. The group lessons and 31 private
lessons will be scheduled from September through May, and the remaining 4 private lessons will be
scheduled during the summer months.

If you do not take lessons during the summer, your June payment will save you a spot for the
following year. It cannot be applied toward any fall payments.

*Guitar tuition covers 27 lessons during the academic year and will be due in 7 monthly payments
with no tuition due in January or May. (See Calendar Page for Guitar Lesson Schedule)

PROGRAM FEE (annual) ::

The annual program fee is $150 for the first student in each family and $65 for each additional
student.

The program fee helps pay for rental and maintenance of our studio space, pianists for group classes
and recitals, rental of recital space, etc.

Guitar program fee is $25 for each student

Please make the Program Fee check payable to HeartStrings Studio, Inc., and pay it separately from
tuition. (This payment is due in full in September.)

GROUP CLASSES ONLY ::

For students who are enrolled in another studio who choose to participate in group lessons at
HeartStrings:

Program fee:

$125 per family

Monthly tuition:

$45 per student

ADULT GROUP LESSONS ::

Availability and tuition to be determined by the size of the class.

NOTES ON TUITION AND FEES ::

Tuition is due in the HeartStrings file in the studio by the 10th of each month. If you will not be
coming to the studio during this period, please mail your check to the studio so that it arrives
on time.

There will be a $10 per student late fee if the tuition is not paid by the 10th.

Please make tuition checks payable to HeartStrings Studio, Inc.

and pay it separately from

tuition.
